Bank Negara Malaysia is seeking a Manager, Solutions Support Operations within Digital Technology Infrastructure to plan and lead the delivery of reliable application support services. You will ensure maximum system uptime, coordinate new initiatives, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across senior leadership and business users.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/IS/Software Eng and at least 7 years’ experience managing large support teams, with knowledge of data

Formación

• Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering or relevant professional qualification.
• At least 7 years leading and managing large application support teams, preferably in financial domains.
• Knowledge: data warehousing, BI, API integration, and AWS cloud fundamentals; ITIL knowledge is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of application support units to ensure proactive, timely and effective services.
• Maintain clear communications with senior management up to committee level, and with peers and subordinates.
• Oversee incident and problem management to ensure availability and minimal business disruption.
• Coordinate deployment of new support initiatives to improve service levels within the portfolio.
• SLA and KRI management by collaborating with business users and service providers.
