Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in related sectors (Automotive, IT/High-tech, Industrial/Consumer Goods, Banking/Finance, Retail, Logistics).
• Ability to define end-to-end sourcing and procurement processes including category management, supplier management, and procurement analytics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sourcing and procurement engagements focusing on cost reduction, optimization and transformation.
• Define and execute direct/indirect/capex sourcing, cost take-out, and should-cost modeling.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities via spend analysis and market research.
• Collaborate with teams to uncover insights and growth opportunities.
• Implement ideas that improve bottom-line results.
• Support cost-reduction and zero-based budgeting initiatives.
• Assist in business development activities, proposals, roadshows, staffing, and asset development.
• Address strategic and operational supply chain issues within Sourcing and Procurement.
• Drive and review technology assessments to create client value.
• Guide teams using problem solving principles to develop work plans.
• Analyze large data sets to derive insights and recommended actions.
• Gather client requirements such as spend and accounting data.
• Ensure compliance to sourcing processes.
• Identify and maximize addressable spend.
• Develop supplier market intelligence and pricing benchmarks.
