Job summary

DeliveryHero in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Head of Process Improvement to align initiatives with corporate goals and drive end-to-end optimization across central operations.

You will lead workshops, manage complex projects, and partner with APAC/global teams to build scalable processes, applying data analytics to measure impact and report outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years relevant experience in operations strategy/excellence in logistics or tech.
• At least 3 years experience leading a team.
• Advanced knowledge in project management tools with proven record managing complex projects.
• Strong analytical thinking and prioritization based on business impact.
• Bachelor's degree from a leading university.
• Passionate about increasing efficiency and scalable processes.
• Expert in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Ability to perform in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and shake the status quo.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Align process improvement initiatives with the organization's strategic goals.

• Utilize data analytics tools to measure process performance and insights.
• Monitor KPIs to track improvement effectiveness.
• Report progress to senior management.
• Serve as subject matter expert in tools related to agents/internal users/customers.
• Understand the full product ecosystem end-to-end.
• Own product/system from ideation to rollout.
• Plan and align overall product strategy with business needs.
• Host product workshops with internal stakeholders.
• Participate in APAC/global product requests.
• Build and present business cases to Directors/C-level.
• Provide product and system advice to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Possess strong analytical thinking skills, prioritize requests based on business impact, focusing on achieving business priority.
• You have at least a Bachelor's degree from a leading university
• You are highly passionate and proven record in increasing efficiency & creating scalable processes.
• Expert in process improvement methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
• Strong track record of success in planning and implementation of projects.
• Have good business sense and clear potential to work beyond core areas of experience and within project team.
• You are comfortable and have the ability to achieve goals in a dynamic and high pressure, entrepreneurial environment and are capable of shaking the status quo
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
