Zusammenfassung

Hartamas BORNEO SDN BHD invites an experienced valuation professional to join its Hartamas Real Estate Group in Malaysia. The role focuses on providing valuation services, advising on tasks, and preparing valuation reports for a diverse client base.

Candidates must be registered valuers with BOVAEP, hold a degree in valuation, and bring at least five years of post-graduation experience, preferably in retail and corporate valuation, with strong local market knowledge and a willingness to travel.

Qualifikationen

Registered Valuers with BOVAEP registration and valuation experience.
Degree in valuation or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years post-graduation experience, preferably in retail & corporate valuation.
Knowledgeable in the property industry, esp. Klang Valley.
Good networking, resourceful, dedicated, diligent and sociable.
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel as and when required.

Job Requirements

Registered Valuers with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents And Property Managers (BOVAEP) with valuation experience.
A degree in valuation or equivalent.
At least 5 years of relevant post-graduation working experience, preferably in retail & corporate valuation.
Knowledgeable in the property industry esp. in Klang Valley.
Good networking, resourceful, dedicated, diligent and sociable.
Must possess own transport & willing to travel as and when required.
