Our client is a well known private Healthcare organisation, currently looking for a Senior Manager, Group Corporate Development & Strategy based in Selangor.
Job Summary
1. Corporate Strategy &Business Planning
- Lead the developmentand execution of corporate strategies to support long-term businessobjectives.
- Conduct marketresearch, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identifygrowth opportunities.
- Collaborate with seniorleadership to align business strategies with corporate goals.
- Develop and track keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to measure strategic initiatives’ success.
2. Mergers, Acquisitions &Strategic Investments
- Identify, evaluate, andexecute M&A opportunities, including financial modeling, duediligence, and deal structuring.
- Develop business casesfor potential acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
- Lead cross-functionalteams through the M&A process, from target identification topost-merger integration.
- Build relationshipswith investment banks, advisors, and industry experts to source strategicopportunities.
3. Business Development &Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and evaluatestrategic partnership opportunities that drive business expansion andrevenue growth.
- Negotiate partnershipagreements, joint ventures, and alliances to support corporate objectives.
- Work with internalstakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies for new businessopportunities.
- Conduct financialmodeling, valuation analysis, and scenario planning to support corporatedecision-making.
- Assess potential risksand returns on strategic investments and initiatives.
- Monitor economic,market, and industry trends to provide insights and recommendations.
5. Corporate Governance &Stakeholder Management
- Prepare reports,presentations, and recommendations for senior executives, board members,and investors.
- Collaborate withfinance, legal, and operational teams to ensure alignment on corporateinitiatives.
- Engage with externalstakeholders, including regulators, investors, and business partners, tosupport strategic goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance,Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- Min around 8 years ofexperience in corporate strategy, M&A, investment banking, managementconsulting, or a related field.
- Proventrack record in executing M&A deals, strategic planning, and businessdevelopment.
- Strongexperience in financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation.
- Strong analytical,problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent financial modeling,valuation, and business case development skills.
- Strong leadership, projectmanagement, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Effective communication andpresentation skills for executive-level discussions.
- Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
