Job summary

MindMerge Consulting is assisting a private healthcare organization in Selangor with recruiting a Senior Manager, Group Corporate Development & Strategy. The position is based in Petaling Jaya and focuses on shaping corporate strategy, M&A, and strategic partnerships to sustain long-term growth.

You will lead strategy development, perform financial modeling and due diligence, and coordinate with executive leadership to drive KPI-driven initiatives and governance across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance,Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• Min around 8 years of experience in corporate strategy, M&A, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field.
• Proven track record in executing M&A deals, strategic planning, and business development.
• Strong experience in financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation.
• Strong analytical,problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent financial modeling,valuation, and business case development skills.
