Job summary

S P Setia Berhad is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the group's digital strategy and campaigns across platforms. You will drive brand and product awareness, optimize conversions, and lead retention efforts using data-driven insights.

The role focuses on overseeing digital plans, leveraging SEO, social media, and web initiatives while managing marketing spend to maximize ROI and engagement across Malaysia's markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing/Communications or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in the advertising industry, specializing in digital and new media.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Group Marketing & Sales digital marketing strategy.
• Develop creative strategy and campaigns for digital platforms to drive awareness, conversion, and engagement.
• Use market data and insights to identify opportunities and grow efforts.
• Oversee execution and delivery of digital marketing plans.
• Innovate across platforms including SEO, web, mobile, and social media.
• Ensure effective control of marketing spend and returns.
• Recommend new media and platforms to reach relevant audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or better qualification in Marketing and Communications or related fields,
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in advertising industry specialising in digital and new media space not limited to property real estate industry.
• Demonstrable expertise/experience in the advertising, marketing and communications related fields.
• Proven experience as a collaborative, dynamic problem solver.
• Have experience working in digital marketing and executed successful campaigns for brands

Job Responsibility

• Responsibilities:
• Oversee the digital marketing strategy of the Group Marketing & Sales department.
• Develop creative strategy and marketing campaigns surrounding the digital platforms to drive brand and product awareness; conversion and upsell; retention and continuous customer engagement.
• Utilize market and customer data, consumer research and insights, and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities and needs in the market to support and grow existing and new efforts that will drive increased presence, engagement and conversion.
• In charge in overseeing the overall execution and delivery of digital marketing plans
• Use innovation and creativity in digital marketing initiatives across platforms, including but not limited to SEO, web, mobile and social media.
• Ensure effective control of marketing spend and corresponding results and returns.
• Recommend the appropriate new media, digital platforms or social media sites to ensure optimal reach and engagement of relevant audiences for new and existing products and services
