KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Senior Executive to drive emerging technology initiatives across our hospital network. You will coordinate pilots, assess feasibility, and liaise with clinicians, IT teams, and external partners to ensure successful deployments.

You will translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions, manage multi-site projects, and contribute to the ongoing integration of AI, IoT, and digital health platforms within KPJ's healthcare infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years experience in technology implementation, digital innovation, or emerging technology development.
• Experience with AI solutions, digital health platforms, IoT systems, or healthcare technology innovations is an advantage.
• Programming literacy: a background in programming to support integration with developer teams.
• Project coordination experience across technology pilots or POC projects.
• Healthcare familiarity with technology ecosystems is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management across clinicians and vendors.
• Analytical capability to evaluate technical and operational impact of new tools.
• Experience in translating technical concepts into actionable operational solutions.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Emerging Technology Scouting – assist in researching and identifying AI, IoT, and smart hospital innovations.
• Pilot Coordination – manage day-to-day activities of POC and pilot projects in hospitals.
• Technical Feasibility Assistance – assess technical feasibility and operational impact before deployment.
• Vendor Liaison – act as contact for vendors and startups during implementation.
• Implementation & Testing – configure systems, conduct tests, support pilot assessments.
• System Integration Support – ensure new tech integrates with HIS and mobile apps.
• Multi-Site Deployment Execution – support scaling pilots across locations.
• Operational Stakeholder Engagement – align deployments with local workflows.
• Research & Benchmarking – collect data and benchmark digital health trends.
• Project Documentation – maintain records of pilot results and lessons learned.
• Monitoring & Reporting – track milestones and report progress/risks.
