Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a strategic leader to drive digital health initiatives and innovation across its university and hospital network. The role supports the Director and the Centre in shaping digital health strategy, AI applications, and healthcare data innovation.

You will coordinate with academic staff, clinicians, and technology partners to plan, implement, and evaluate pilot projects and collaborative programmes, while pursuing research grants and industry partnerships.

Qualifications

• Education as stated: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Health, Health Informatics, AI, Information Systems or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital health, healthcare innovation, health informatics, or project management.
• Experience coordinating collaborations among academic institutions, healthcare providers and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic development and digital health initiatives aligned with KPJ Healthcare University priorities.
• Support research, innovation and industry collaboration across KPJ Group hospitals and partners.
• Oversee centre operations, project milestones, and reporting for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance for digital health initiatives and data handling.
• Engage stakeholders and partnerships at national and international levels.
