Job summary

DayOne is seeking a Scheduling and Planning Senior Manager to lead the development and control of project timelines for new data center ventures in Malaysia. You will coordinate with procurement, design & engineering, construction, T&C and operations to ensure on-time delivery from concept to ready-for-service.

The role requires 5–8 years in planning and scheduling, with Primavera P6/Oracle Primavera Cloud and Microsoft Project proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction (or equivalent).
• 5–8 years of planning and scheduling experience, including management.
• Data center delivery experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of construction industry practices and standards.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop Level 1–3 project schedules for all development stages.
• Align delivery strategy with procurement, design & engineering, construction, T&C and operations teams.
• Support PMCs in developing Level 3 schedules with key milestones for other departments.
• Review Level 4–5 schedules and ensure adherence to the project timeline.
• Monitor progress and provide risk and mitigation updates.
