Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Malaysia I Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Planning Manager to oversee and optimize project schedules across multiple construction initiatives in Malaysia.

You will develop and manage schedules, ensure alignment with project goals, and provide stakeholders with scheduling insights. You will collaborate with internal teams, contractors and vendors to improve planning efficiency, analyze delays, and propose recovery strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree in a construction-related field with scheduling expertise.
• Experience managing schedules for large construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and delays.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Analyze progress, identify scheduling risks, and recommend mitigations.
• Report schedule metrics to stakeholders with clear timelines.
• Conduct delay analysis and propose recovery strategies.
• Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and vendors.
