Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Group Allied Health Manager to lead Pharmacy, Dietary, Diagnostic Imaging and Medical Records across the ambulatory care center network. You will drive strategic plans, standardize operations, and oversee quality and safety programs.

The role requires a strong background in healthcare management, with 10+ years in the sector and at least 5 years in senior leadership overseeing multiple services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health/ Pharmacy/Health Science/Healthcare Administration.
• Master’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration (MBA) or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of healthcare experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior management role overseeing multiple clinical support services.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Pharmacy, Dietary, Diagnostic Imaging and Medical Records across the ambulatory care center network.
• Lead standardized operating models, service delivery frameworks, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and patient safety across all departments.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets; drive productivity improvements and cost optimization.
• Foster digital health initiatives and optimization of health information systems.
