Job summary
Panduit Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of high-impact equipment at our Senai Airport City, Johor facility. You will lead maintenance projects, mentor junior technicians, and drive process improvements to minimize downtime.
The role requires 5–7 years in a maintenance environment, a Diploma, and strong customer service skills. A 12-hour rotating shift and on-site work at Senai Airport City, Johor are expected.
Qualifications
- Diploma in any relevant field.
- 5–7 years of maintenance technician experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive improvements.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of complex, high-impact equipment and systems.
- Lead maintenance projects and mentor lower-level technicians.
- Handle critical equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Contribute to process improvements and manage escalated technical issues.
- Support senior staff and technicians in corrective, preventive and special maintenance activities.
