Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in a related job family.
• Advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and resolve complex equipment issues.
• Strong customer service, communication, organisational, and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects and provide day-to-day administrative and planning support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-complexity corrective maintenance, including repairs, troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and improvements to reduce equipment failures.
• Document and report repairs completed on production equipment and provide technical support to Maintenance Technicians 1 and 2.
• Manage maintenance work requests by gathering requirements, prioritising tasks, coordinating materials and spare parts, and maintaining accurate work order records.
• Perform high-complexity preventive maintenance in line with the Preventive Maintenance Program and recommend improvements to maintenance activities.
• Lead and support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new production equipment and machinery.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects focused on production equipment and processes.
• Provide guidance to lower-level technicians and collaborate with suppliers to resolve technical issues and deliver solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all applicable policies and standards.
