Job summary

Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner in Johor to coordinate plant maintenance activities, minimize downtime, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

You will review work requests, prepare job plans, manage work orders in CMMS/SAP PM, and coordinate with operations and contractors to schedule preventive, corrective, and shutdown work. Candidates should have minimum 5 years in maintenance planning in process industries and be able to read basic engineering

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience with CMMS/SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
• Knowledge of work order management and job package preparation.
• Knowledge of resource planning including manpower, tools and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure reliable plant operations and minimize downtime.
• Review work requests, prepare job plans covering manpower, materials, tools and safety requirements, and manage work orders in CMMS/SAP PM.
• Coordinate with MAC, operations, maintenance teams and contractors to schedule preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance.
• Analyze maintenance data to improve planning processes and equipment reliability.
