Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead engineering teams to achieve assigned tasks within policy
• Develop schedules and targets for lower-level policy and manage DSTPDCA process
• Identify and implement process improvements and innovative engineering solutions
• Oversee spare part inventory planning and documentation
• Assist maintenance in breakdowns, failure analysis and improvements
• Monitor maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, downtime, costs) and drive improvements
• Ensure safety, 5S, and housekeeping in engineering area
• Drive digitalization and automation to improve efficiency and data accuracy
• Undertake other projects as assigned by superiors

Responsibilities

• Align with department policy to lead engineering teams
• Develop and manage schedules, plans, and targets
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate value of improvements
• Forecast and manage spare parts inventory
• Support maintenance in breakdowns and issue diagnosis
• Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs and costs
• Promote safety and housekeeping in the department
• Push digitization and automation initiatives
• Handle additional tasks as required by leadership
