    • Ensure key maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, MWT) consistently meet or exceed targets.
    • Execute activities aligned with departmental KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost), and support continuous improvement goals.
    • Lead or support root cause analysis using structured problem-solving tools (e.g., Fishbone Diagram, 5-Why, Is/Is Not).
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance documentation (e.g., PDCA, SPL, OCAP, PSS, PFMEA, CP).
    • Actively participate in Daily Leadership Reviews (DLR) and MyKATA sessions.
    • Support and contribute to Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) on a quarterly basis.
    • Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues involving mechanical, electrical, and PLC automation systems.
    • Work closely with process owners and stakeholders to address quality/technical issues and implement solutions.
    • Train and coach technicians to enhance their technical troubleshooting and maintenance capabilities.
    • Participate in new project evaluations, ensuring equipment performance and TPM readiness.
    • Support departmental initiatives such as Lean After Lean, Digitalization, Automation, and BPS-TPM activities.
    • Perform any other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and team spirit
      • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
      • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in final assembly maintenance or a similar manufacturing environment.
      • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve machine issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
      • Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC automation systems to support complex equipment maintenance.
      • Proactive in suggesting and implementing machine improvements to enhance reliability, performance, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
      • Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and develop team members.
      • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
