Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced L3 Service Delivery professional for Cards. You will collaborate with L2, business, and project teams from inception to deployment, ensuring quality and adherence to mandated frameworks.

You should have 5+ years in mainframe development for banking systems and cards, with COBOL, CICS and EZT programming, and hands-on experience with Cardlink/ Visionplus environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mainframe development in banking systems and cards.
• Proficient in COBOL, CICS and EZT programming.
• Experience with credit card systems; Cardlink familiarity is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with L2, business and project stakeholders from inception through deployment as a quality gate keeper.
• Resolve Production Incidents & Problems and support Production end-of-day activities.
• Perform unit and system integration testing for production incident resolutions.
• Support user acceptance testing for production incidents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve application and system issues.
• Recommend and implement improvements to the cards delivery process.
