Accenture PLC in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Developer (L3) with 6-9 years of Mainframe experience to join the Cards API & Digital Interfaces team. You will develop and maintain mainframe-based APIs for CardLink and Vision Plus, handling JSON/HTML payloads and ensuring robust integration with modern payment platforms.

You will work with CICS, Cobol, JCL, and VSAM on z/OS, coordinate with MQ messaging and Control-M scheduling, and troubleshoot API calls and transactions.

Qualificações

• 6-9 years of Mainframe development experience in Cards domain.
• Advanced CICS transaction processing, debugging, and payload handling.
• Proficiency in Cobol, JCL, and VSAM for Mainframe ZOS.
• Experience with API integrations and IBM MQ for messaging.
• Familiarity with JSON, HTML and RESTful interfaces.
• Knowledge of Control-M for job scheduling and workflow automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with integrity in work.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Mainframe-based APIs for CardLink / Vision Plus using Cobol, CICS, and JCL.
• Work with VSAM datasets for card transaction processing.
• Ensure seamless integration of APIs, leveraging IBM MQ for messaging and communication.
• Manage job scheduling and automation using Control-M.
• Collaborate with digital banking and API teams to interface mainframe with modern payment platforms.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues in CICS transactions and API calls.
