Job summary

Xiamen University Malaysia – Sepang, Selangor is seeking an experienced Inspector of Works (Mechanical & Electrical) to inspect and supervise works on site in line with drawings and specifications. You will ensure quality, test materials, maintain records, and verify works by signing Form G under the Resident Engineer's guidance.

• Inspect and supervise the works in accordance to drawings and specifications.
• Ensure the required standard of quality and accuracy of works are achieved.
• Test and examine the materials used in accordance to specifications and contract provisions.
• Prepare and maintain site records and reports.
• Verify works and sign Form G, in accordance to the approved drawings by the authorities.
• Assist the Resident Engineer on any other duties of the job as required in the site management.
• Carry out other site administration works as instructed by client and consultants.
