Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail or luxury industry.
• Pleasant and well-groomed appearance.

• Good spoken English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques as needed.
• Complete daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked while following policies.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement.
• Assist teammates and foster a collaborative environment; participate in brand initiatives and training.
