Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistic & Warehouse Manager in Penang to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations in a high-mix EMS setting. You will manage receiving, storage, kitting, and shipping, ensure LMW compliance, and coordinate customs activities with authorities and freight forwarders.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics/warehouse with leadership, strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, and a focus on safety, accuracy, and cost-efficient material flow.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in logistics/warehouse with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse systems (WMS, ERP).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations in a high-mix, fast-turn EMS environment.
• Ensure compliance with LMW regulations and report bonded/non-bonded materials; monthly filings.
• Handle all customs clearance activities and liaise with authorities and freight forwarders.
• Oversee inventory management via ERP/WMS (FIFO, ESD) with SAP, BaaN, InforLN.
• Lead kitting and line-feeding to support SMT, PCBA, and box-build lines.
• Drive warehouse KPIs: accuracy, throughput, stock aging, utilization.
