The incumbent will manage documentation, disbursement activities, and BCM-related reporting, while maintaining accurate records of assets and IT equipment in a confidential environment.

Qualifications

• Basic degree qualification relevant to the financial sector and professional certification/membership as required.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Financial Services with knowledge on corporate loan documentation.
• Committed and resourceful team player with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all bank levels.
• Demonstrated integrity and discretion in sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Loan Documentation and Disbursement team.
• Monitor PDA, redemption payments and issue Letters of Disclaimer/ Undertaking.
• Monitor maintenance of Insurance, Quit Rent and Assessment.
• Monitor Fixed Deposit pledged and Sinking fund maintenance.
• Security management – safekeeping of security documents.
• Collateral management – maintain, update and tag collateral correctly.
• Ensure GL entries are correct, clear GL outages timely, and reconcile collection accounts.
• Manage Discharge of Charge matters.
• BCM coordinator – prepare BCM reports, quarterly alternate site readiness checks and annual live test.
• Department admin functions.
• Record IT Asset properly.
