Job summary

Getronics Solution (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Linux Engineer with 12+ years in enterprise infrastructure, networking security, and Linux platforms. You will lead design and deployment of secure, scalable network architectures and cloud-native solutions.

You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive security and performance improvements across production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• RHCE/CKA/CKS or CCNP/CCIE certifications are a plus.
• Extensive hands-on experience in enterprise networking and Linux security.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and management of enterprise network and security platforms.
• Provide technical leadership for Linux-based networking and security infrastructure.
• Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable network architectures.
• Implement and manage cloud-native networking and security solutions.
• Configure, optimize and troubleshoot firewall, IDS/IPS, and monitoring platforms.
• Collaborate with infra, cloud, DevOps and security teams to deliver secure networking solutions.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis and performance optimization.
• Develop architecture docs and operational procedures.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and evaluate emerging technologies.
