Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant discipline with a strong teaching or professional practice.
• Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate courses using student-centered and outcome-based teaching methods.
• Strong communication, presentation, and academic writing skills for diverse groups of students.
• Experience in curriculum development, assessment design, and use of educational technologies or learning management systems.
• Engagement in research, scholarly activities, or professional practice relevant to the discipline.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and participate in academic governance.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, inclusivity, and continuous professional development.
• Experience in higher education or professional training in Malaysia is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions; prepare and update course materials.
• Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects.
• Supervise students’ academic work and provide mentoring and guidance.
• Contribute to curriculum review and enhancement to align with industry and academic standards.
