Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Education are mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years’ teaching or work experience.
• Experience in higher education, curriculum planning, and MQA compliance is an advantage.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and classroom management skills; commitment to student-centered learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lecture and tutorial to students.
• Prepare assessments and grade students’ work.
• Contribute to curriculum review development, planning and implementation.
• Provide pastoral care and support to students.
• Assist in developing teaching materials, schemes of work and tracking records.
• Participate in marketing activities.
• Handle other responsibilities as deemed necessary
