Job summary

ams OSRAM Group is a global leader in light and sensor technologies seeking a seasoned lithography professional to sustain and optimize coating, exposing, and developing operations. The role targets quality, yield, productivity, and cost performance.

You will lead root cause analysis, drive CIP projects, and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and technology transfer teams. A minimum of five years in lithography with Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS, or TEL tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in a related engineering field.
• Experience in lithography processes (coat, expose, develop).
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and optimize Photolithography processes including coat, expose, and develop operations.
• Drive process improvement activities to enhance quality, yield, productivity, and cost performance. Monitor and control process KPIs including defectivity, CpK, process capability, and stability. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for process-related issues. Involve in process qualification, process characterization, and recipe optimization activities.
• Drive Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) to improve operational efficiency and manufacturing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing, engineering builds, and technology transfer activities. Lead and mentor Process Technicians and junior engineers in daily process and technical activities. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
• To have good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Support equipment team for equipment troubleshooting.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and strategic initiatives assigned by management. Maintain proper documentation, records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
