Celestica is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer in Manufacturing Process to design and optimize production processes for new customer products. The role requires leading process development, implementing cost-reducing and quality-improving strategies, and ensuring alignment with the customer roadmaps.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deploy robust processes, use DFx/DOE techniques, and manage data collection for yield and reliability analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
• Experience leading process development and DFx or DOE a plus.
