Job summary

Celestica in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Lead Electrical & Electronic Engineer to architect, design and optimize solutions for HealthTech, Industrial, Smart Energy, Aerospace and Capital Equipment.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, drive product realization from concept to manufacturing, and ensure compliance with stringent industry standards, while mentoring engineers and collaborating with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of embedded electrical and electronic product design experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willing to travel internationally and work with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design and implementation of solutions across market segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to develop world class products.
• Familiar with EE development processes & workflows to realize products at PCBA and system level.
• Lead product realization from conceptual stages through manufacturing transition.
• Support development of technical proposals and estimate labor/material costs.
