Job description

The Senior Lead Analog Engineer architects, designs, and optimizes innovative solutions across Health Tech, Industrial, Smart Energy, Aerospace, and Capital Equipment segments, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver products in highly regulated markets.

Responsibilities

Product Design & Development: Lead analog/mixed-signal PCBA and system design from concept to manufacturing; direct EE workflows, regulatory compliance, prototyping, and technical proposals with labor/material estimates.

Manufacturing & Quality Integration: Partner with manufacturing teams to select cost-effective components, enforce DFx best practices, and strictly adhere to product lifecycle and quality standards.

Innovation & Best Practices: Solve complex design issues under tight timelines while staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and quality procedures.

Technical Leadership & PM: Solid team leadership (coaching, stakeholder management) with proven ability to manage technical, financial, and timeline/budget constraints on complex projects.

Quality & Problem Solving: Applied Lean/Right-the-First-Time mindset, DFMEA/PFMEA, DOE, and 8D root-cause analysis.

Analog Design Expertise: Skilled in signal conditioning (sensor interfacing, filters, amplifiers, ADC/DAC), power electronics (DC-DC, battery/power management), SPICE simulations, PCB layout guidelines, and schematic tools (OrCAD, Allegro, Altium).

EMC & Compliance: Deep understanding of electromagnetic behavior, EMC mitigation/compliance, and safety/environmental standards.

Preferred Experience: AC-DC design, RF/antenna/wireless integration (Wi-Fi, BT, Cellular, GPS), and SI/PI simulation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 5–10+ years of direct product design experience across complete development cycles (PhD candidates with less experience considered).

Strong written and spoken English for global team collaboration.

Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
