Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Malaysia seeks a Senior Project Execution Manager to lead Large and Complex projects from tendering to execution, ensuring safe, on-time delivery, quality and margin.

You will drive HSE compliance, forecast and risk management, and collaborate with functional leads to secure flawless operations. The role requires a master’s degree in engineering, 15+ years in project execution, knowledge of Grid and Power Quality markets, and proven leadership in multicultural environments

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in project execution as operations manager.
• Knowledge of Grid and Power Quality business.
• Experience in multicultural/global environments is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.
• Leadership and coaching abilities.
• Customer-focused with strong quality orientation.

Responsabilités

• Implement and sponsor HSE and all compliance standards across Large Projects.
• Ensure a safe work environment and continuous HSE improvement.
• Organize staffing and direct project execution for Large and Complex projects.
• Deliver safe, on-time, on-margin execution and project cash.
• Manage Large and Complex Project Portfolio to improve GM.
• Achieve overall customer satisfaction across the portfolio.
• Plan, monitor, and control activities with available resources.
• Monitor and control project financials to maintain margins.
• Capture opportunities for customer satisfaction, GM improvement and growth.
• Ensure compliance with global/local standards; manage operational risk.
