• Experience in multicultural/global environments is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and lead diverse teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day operations for Large and Complex projects at the HBU.
• Ensure project scope, forecast accuracy, risk management, and financial results.
• Coordinate with functional leads to safe, on-time, on-budget execution.
• Maintain HSE compliance and safety across projects.
• Plan, monitor, and control resources and schedules for the portfolio.
• Aim to improve gross margins and customer satisfaction across projects.
• Provide clear governance and reporting on project status and risks.
