SD Guthrie International in Malaysia seeks a Manager of Project Management to lead land-related projects from inception to completion, negotiate commercial terms, and align with regulatory standards.

You will oversee feasibility studies, due diligence, and coordination with government agencies, landowners, and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget. 8–10 years of experience and professional certifications are preferred.

Formación

• 8–10 years in land management, real estate development, or project management.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with government agencies, legal teams, and community stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate discussion and negotiate terms for commercial proposals with partners/investors.
• Lead land-related projects from inception to completion with regulatory alignment.
• Develop business plans and commercialisation of land assets.
• Coordinate with government agencies, landowners and internal teams to secure approvals.
• Prepare reports to senior management on project status, risks and recommendations.
