Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

Project Management: Lead or assist in planning, executing, and managing electrical projects from conception to completion.

Timeline & Budget: Monitor project progress to ensure delivery within the specified timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the key liaison between clients, main contractors, sub-contractors, and internal team members.

Documentation: Manage, prepare, and implement project documentations, including progress reports, technical drawings, and method statements.

Site Supervision: Oversee on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.

Senior Role Only: Mentor junior engineers, lead complex technical troubleshooting, and manage high-value client relationships.

Requirements

Education: Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

Languages: Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).

Experience (Senior): Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on project management experience in the electrical engineering field.

Experience (Junior): Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply (On-the-job training provided).
