Job summary

Techstreet Malaysia is seeking an Analyst Programmer to participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, delivering robust software solutions for government and private sector initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor juniors, and contribute to detailed technical documentation while applying Java 17, React and Spring Boot in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience; senior mentoring/leadership potential.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 17, React, Spring Boot and related tech.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Prior government project experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to complete development or enhancement requests.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with business users and IT technicians to identify and implement solutions to enhance project performance.
• Contribute to the identification and development of new features and functionalities that meet evolving business needs.
• Provide timely and effective technical support to internal and external stakeholders, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
