Job summary

Glints is seeking a Senior Java Developer to design and optimize secure, scalable transaction systems in a financial services context. You will build APIs, handle large data sets, and work with multiple financial partners to ensure low latency and robust security.

The role requires experience with Spring Boot, Java concurrency, and modern data stores, plus strong collaborative and problem-solving abilities to deliver reliable services at scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Java development experience.
• Experience with high-volume transactions and latency optimization.
• Proven API development experience (REST, gRPC).
• Strong knowledge of security and encryption.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume transactions and optimize latency and data localization.
• Implement encryption and secure storage solutions.
• Develop real-time monitoring systems to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions. Integrate with merchants, banks, and financial institutions.
• Develop APIs for external developers to facilitate service integration.
• Handle and process large volumes of transaction data and user information.
• Maintain and scale infrastructure to support user growth and transaction volumes.
