Job summary

RHB Bank is seeking a Senior IT Security Engineer to operate, maintain and improve data security systems across the bank's network. You will work with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure security services are reliable, compliant and aligned with evolving threats.

You will bring 3–5 years in information security, solid knowledge of firewall/IPS/WAF/NAC/proxy technologies, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of information security experience.
• CISSP/CISM/CCSP or Fortinet NSE6-8 certification.
• Hands-on with firewall, IPS, WAF, NAC and proxy technologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain data security systems including Firewall, IPS, WAF, NAC, Proxy & Cloudflare.
• Continuously engineer and enhance network security solutions against threats.
• Ensure availability and SLA adherence for data security services.
• Verify coverage across all in-scope IT assets and confirm accuracy.
• Plan and execute security projects (RFI/RFP, POC, delivery and closure).
• Collaborate with audits to address findings within timelines.
• Document operating manuals and security procedures.
