Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support, administer and optimize our Data Center Network across Bank, Islamic, Insurance, Investment Bank and regional offices.

You will lead day-to-day operations of Cisco ACI/Nexus/Catalyst routers and SD-WAN, Huawei switches/routers, F5 GTM/LTM, Brocade, and Gigamon. Focus on uptime, incident resolution, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of network operations/infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on with Cisco ACI/Nexus/Catalyst, Routers and SD-WAN technologies.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and administration tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident/root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support and maintenance of Data Center Network infrastructure.
• Perform network administration tasks: installation, patch management, real-time monitoring to ensure uptime (SLA/OLA 99.96%).
• Support incident resolution and root cause analysis; escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with Technical Lead to design and enhance Data Center Network infrastructure.
• Identify operational efficiency improvements and ensure adherence to security/regulatory policies.
