Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is seeking a Senior IT Risks Manager to lead the Risks & Controls function, located in IOI City, Putrajaya. You will oversee incident management, IT risk mapping, and 1LoD controls, coordinating with IT and business units to strengthen risk governance across operations.

The role emphasizes leading a high-performing team, risk-informed planning, and crisis-resolution coordination within a global asset servicing context.

Qualifications

• Operational incidents are identified by IT or operations teams.
• Level 1.1 controls review and reporting are part of duties.
• Proactive risk mapping and control recommendations are required.

Responsibilities

• You will ensure the correct description of IT incidents detected by operational staff or IT teams.
• You lead the coordination unit, if necessary, between IT and operational staff in liaison with management.
• You confirm that the causes of incidents are correctly identified and that the action plans to remedy them are monitored, challenging and following them.
• Lead the team in supporting the Business Units and Technology team with risk-informed planning and critical initiatives.
• Oversee the identification, assessment and mitigation of operational risks within the team and support the Technology team.
