Job summary

BizLink Technology (S.E.A.) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, international ISIT projects including mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, business integrations, and transformation initiatives.

You will coordinate IT due diligence, transition service agreements, and ensure critical IT services remain available during acquisitions, integrations, and separations. Travel internationally may be required, with strong governance and stakeholder management expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of professional IT project management experience.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Experience managing large, international IT projects and integrations.
• Experience with IT due diligence, Day 1 readiness, and transition services agreements.
• Strong governance, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects from initiation through closure, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Oversee IT due diligence, Day 1 readiness, integration and separation planning.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across IT, business, and external partners.
• Develop project plans, budgets, risk logs, and executive status reports.
• Ensure continuity of critical IT services during transformations and transitions.
• Provide leadership in governance, reporting, and change control processes.
