Job summary

Marsh in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the BCS team, driving project coordination and operational improvements while supporting our Hong Kong operations. The role is hybrid, based in Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur, with collaboration across regional teams.

You will build dashboards in Power BI, analyze data for insights, and ensure timely, clear reporting to leadership. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required to liaise with Hong Kong stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in technical operations, project management, or business operations.
• Experience in the insurance industry or regulated environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and policy operations workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive project coordination across the team with clear timelines and milestones.
• Monitor progress, flag risks early, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, trackers and status reports.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Prepare and present operational updates to internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Build dashboards and reports in Power BI to track key metrics.
• Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
