Qualifications

7+ years of relevant IT/ERP experience.
ITIL v3 Certification is required.
Bachelor’s in CS/IT; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

Define EBS strategic objectives to support MAHB vision.
Provide timely management support to meet SLA.
Approve budgets and EBS proposals; lead initiatives.
Manage and motivate the EBS team; monitor risks.
Coordinate IT development activities and system design input.
