To lead the IT Department for the Organisation with a responsibility over its team members and strategise development of the IT Department in the organisation.

Ensure the delivery of its IT services is delivered on time meeting its users’ needs.

Lead the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of IT projects.

Develop and manage the IT Budget including resource allocation and monitoring of expenses.

Evaluate and select vendors, negotiate contracts and monitor the performance of vendors.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.

Provide guidance to the IT Team and foster a high‑performance culture.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their IT needs.

Identify and recommend technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Guide the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
