Job summary

Takaful IKHLAS in Malaysia seeks a Windows Server and AD/O365 Administrator to govern and enhance the company’s Windows Server, AD, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 environment. You will lead infrastructure governance, manage lifecycle, security, and operational resilience while supporting business objectives.

The role requires strong experience in AD, Azure, Office 365, and ITIL processes, with a focus on incident/problem management and licensing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or equivalent.
2+ years of IT infrastructure experience in Windows, AD, Azure and Office 365.
Certifications in Windows, VMware, Cloud, IT Security or ITIL are a plus.
Experience as System Administrator/Engineer in Enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities

Govern Windows Server, AD/Office 365 environments and supporting infrastructure services.
Lead governance, incident, change and problem management activities.
Administer AD DS, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, GPOs and OU management.
Configure Entra ID, RBAC and identity lifecycle management.
Administer Exchange Online mailboxes and Microsoft 365 services.
Manage licensing inventory and renewals for Microsoft products.
Support DR/BCP activities and security remediation with IT teams.
