Job summary

Cardiac Vascular Sentral (Kuala Lumpur) Sdn. Bhd. (CVSKL) seeks an Executive/Senior Executive, Information Technology to manage the hospital’s IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, VMware, storage, backup, and network services.

The role involves hands-on maintenance and supporting clinical and business applications. You will configure and optimise LAN/WAN, firewall and Wi-Fi, administer Microsoft 365 services (AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and ensure security

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT or related field with at least 5 years of infrastructure experience.
Hands-on Windows Server, VMware, storage, backup, and server hardening experience.
Strong LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP/DNS, routing, switching, and firewall knowledge.
Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, AD, Group Policy, Exchange Online, and security controls.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and vendor-management skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Manage physical/virtual servers, storage, backup, patching, vulnerability remediation, monitoring, and preventive maintenance.
Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimise LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, Wi‑Fi, and network connectivity.
Administer Microsoft 365 Admin Center, user accounts, licenses, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Troubleshoot hardware and system issues, support clinical/business applications, implement infrastructure projects, technology refreshes, and hospital expansion requirements.
Support cybersecurity controls, IT audits, MSQH requirements, documentation, incident management, vendor coordination, and Group IT initiatives.
