Job summary

Moomoo MY in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to act as the key liaison between China HQ and overseas subsidiaries. You will own end-to-end IT infrastructure deployment, system operations, and asset management for offices and retail sites, ensuring alignment with global standards.

The role requires 5–8 years in IT infrastructure and operations, with strong project ownership. Mandarin is a plus, and you'll collaborate with HQ teams, regulators and vendors to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of IT infrastructure and operations experience.
• Senior-level expertise with end-to-end project ownership.

Responsibilities

• Implement IT standards, policies and security aligned with global architecture.
• Deliver IT infrastructure projects for offices and retail stores end-to-end.
• Maintain standardised PC endpoint framework and ongoing support for business apps.
• Maintain AV systems, access control, CCTV, IP telephony and printers.
• Manage DNS/DHCP and resolve network incidents independently.
• Oversee full lifecycle of IT assets: procurement, inventory, audits, retirement.
• Administer core enterprise systems: AD, PBX, email, Citrix, NAS.
• Provide on-site support; liaise with HQ, regulators and vendors; ensure service quality.
• Economy manage local data centres when needed.
• Develop technical documentation and SOPs to standardise IT workflows.
