Job summary

Moomoo Inc. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a senior IT infrastructure expert to manage end-to-end deployment, operations, and asset management for offices and retail sites, ensuring global IT standards are implemented locally and liaising with China HQ.

The role demands 5–8 years in IT infrastructure, hands-on project ownership, and strong communication across time zones. You will lead site surveys, hardware deployment, AD, Citrix, and security policy execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in IT infrastructure and operations.
• Experience owning end-to-end IT projects.
• Ability to align local IT with global architecture.

Responsibilities

• Implement corporate IT standards, security, and align local IT with global architecture.
• Deliver IT infrastructure projects for offices and stores, including site surveys and hardware deployment.
• Manage PC endpoint framework, bulk deployment, and application support.
• Maintain AV, CCTV, IP telephony, and printers.
• Administer DNS, DHCP, and resolve network incidents.
• Manage IT assets lifecycle and audits.
• Administer AD, PBX, email, Citrix, and NAS.
• Provide on-site support with HQ teams and liaise with regulators and vendors.
• Develop technical documentation and SOPs.
• Prioritize workload, coordinate projects, and report progress.
