Job summary

Beecruit Pte Ltd in Johor, Malaysia is seeking an IT Assistant Manager / Senior IT Engineer to support the setup and ongoing operations of its manufacturing facility. You will oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and ERP systems, reporting to the Site General Manager.

The role covers managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI reporting, data integration, and end-user support, with responsibilities spanning infrastructure, ERP, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years IT experience with Dynamics 365 BC and BI reporting.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure, AD and Windows Server.
• Strong knowledge of network, security, backups and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain IT infrastructure for the Johor facility.
• Manage servers, networks, firewalls, VPNs and storage.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server and AD.
• Oversee Dynamics 365 BC, Power BI reports and data integration.
• Coordinate IT projects with vendors and internal teams.
• Provide end-user support and cybersecurity controls.
