UIS Technologies Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia private limited company headquartered in Penang, seeks an IT leader to drive IT operations, infrastructure and digitalisation initiatives within a growing precision CNC manufacturing environment.

You will provide hands-on IT support, maintain infrastructure, manage ERP and coordinate with vendors to ensure security and uptime while enabling scalable IT processes and cost-effective procurement.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant IT working experience.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and Microsoft 365.
• Basic knowledge of IT security, data backup and system administration.
• Experience in ERP systems, preferably in manufacturing operations.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT support for computers, software, networks and other IT-related issues.
• Maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and IT equipment.
• Coordinate with external IT and ERP vendors for technical support and maintenance.
• Manage IT assets, software licences, user accounts and system access.
• Ensure IT security, data backup and data protection.
• Support ERP operations, troubleshooting and user access management.
• Handle IT procurement, vendor coordination and cost monitoring.
• Maintain IT records, documentation and maintenance schedules.
• Identify opportunities for IT improvements, system upgrades and digitalization.
