Job summary

Functioneight Pte Ltd is expanding into Kuala Lumpur and is seeking an experienced IT professional to be the first on the ground in Malaysia.

You will provide hands-on IT support to clients and users, primarily within a Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows environment, and work closely with management on strategy, relationships and growth of the local operation.

As the business grows, there is potential to build and lead the Kuala Lumpur team.

Qualifications

• Solid IT support experience, preferably within an MSP.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure knowledge.
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
• Proactive, independent and commercially minded.
• Interested in broader leadership responsibilities.

We are an established IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) with offices in Hong Kong and Singapore, expanding into Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for an experienced and mature IT professional to become our first team member on the ground in Malaysia.

You will provide hands‑on IT support to our clients and users, primarily within a Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows environment.
