Functioneight Pte Ltd, an established MSP with offices in Hong Kong and Singapore, is expanding into Kuala Lumpur. You will provide hands-on IT support to clients and users, mainly in a Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows environment.

As the first Kuala Lumpur employee, you will work closely with management and have opportunities to engage in client relationships, commercial activities and business development, helping shape and grow our local operation.

Formación

• Solid IT support experience, preferably in an MSP.
• Solid and strong Microsoft 365 and Azure knowledge.
• IT certifications are a plus.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Proactive, independent and commercially minded.
• Interest in developing beyond a purely technical IT role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands‑on IT support to clients and users in Malaysia.
• Work with management as the first Kuala Lumpur employee.
• Help build and grow client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Possibly lead and grow the Kuala Lumpur team as the business expands.

We are an established IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) with offices in Hong Kong and Singapore, expanding into Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for an experienced mature IT professional to become our first team member on the ground in Malaysia.

About the Role

You will provide hands‑on IT support to our clients and users, primarily within a Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows environment.

As our first Kuala Lumpur employee, you will work closely with management and have the opportunity to get involved in client relationships, commercial activities and business development, helping shape and grow our local operation.

As the business grows, there is potential to build and lead the Kuala Lumpur team.

What We’re Looking For

Solid IT support experience, ideally within an MSP.

Solid and strong Microsoft 365 and Azure knowledge.

RelevantIT certifications are a plus.

Strong customer-facing and communication skills.

Proactive, independent and commercially minded.

Interested in developing beyond a purely technical IT role.
